Creator Sports Club uses your device’s precise location to match you with creators for sports meetups in your city. Location data is only collected when you have granted permission through your iOS device settings.

You can disable location access at any time by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services on your iPhone. Disabling location access may limit certain features of the app, including local match-making.

We do not share your precise real-time location with other members. We use location data to determine your general area for matching purposes only.

5. Payment Information

Creator Sports Club charges a membership fee. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect, store, or process your payment card details at any point.

Your billing information is managed directly by Apple in accordance with their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS standards. For billing queries, please refer to your Apple ID account settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our Services. When you delete your account:

Your profile and personal data will be deleted within 30 days
